East Jakarta Mayor Leads PSN in Cipayung

Dengue fever stills a scourge for East Jakarta residents. As many as three people died at the area during January to March 2015.

Moreover, 2 people already died because of dengue

To prevent the spread of the disease, East Jakarta Health Department intensifies the anti-mosquito campaign (PSN) and fogging activity at dengue-prone areas.

The Mayor Leads PSN in Pondok Pinang

Today, East Jakarta City Administration with citizen held PSN and fogging in RW 09 Cipayung because two people have died in the area because dengue fevers. This action led directly by East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardhana.

"I become anxious, so I asked all sub-district head, urban village head, and Health Sub-Department to work hard. Moreover, 2 people already died because of dengue," told Musyawardhana, Friday (3/27).

Cipayung Sub-District Head, Iin Mutmainah said, the Cipayung Urban Village had been declared as a red zone on last February. But, after PSN held instensively, the area becomes green zone with 8 cases.

"The Red zone is now moved to the Ceger. I asked the Ceger Urban Village head to increase PSN with citizen. The red zone area will be installed banner "The dengue cases in this village are high," said Iin Mutmainah.
